Amazing location right by Christ Church. The views from the room and breakfast area were breathtaking. The rooms were clean and spacious, and there was even a free filtered water system in the breakfast breakout area. The staff was kind and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Great rates and equally great location. The property is in the heart of the city, close to everything. The staff is friendly and rooms were okay for a budget stay.

The facilities, in general, left a lot to be desired. The showers were not clean, and bedsheets were so-so.
